vacation destination. Each year our residents welcome people from all
over the world. Vacationers have varied ideas of how they would like to
spend
their time here. Naples is a small town that gives you the freedom to
choose a quiet, relaxing stay or a fun filled adventure.
At Sunnyside Village, your cottage is nestled
in
the pines, right on Long Lake with access to 45 miles
of boating. You're away from the traffic, yet within
walking distance of all that Naples has to offer. It's
only 45 minutes drive to L.L. Bean and outlets in Freeport or to North
Conway.

One step from the front porch, and
you're on the beach! This cabin has a full view of the lake from the
floor to ceiling windows in the living room. It also has a porch on the
front.
Sunrise has two
bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has one double and one
twin bed, the downstairs bedroom had one double bed. Sleeps up to 5. |

Sunny Daze is our largest cottage. It
has a large kitchen and beautiful views of the lake from the front
porch where you're only steps from the
beach. This cottage will sleep up to eight people. Each
of the two bedrooms has two double beds. Sunny Daze can
easily be shared by two small families. Sleeps up to 8. |

Golden Summer is our only cottage
with a screened in porch. It will sleep up to four people in two
bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twins.
This cottage has a combined living room/dining area. Sleeps up to 4. |

Sunset has the most privacy and is
ideal for a couple. It is our smallest cottage, but can sleep up to
four people. This cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleep
sofa in the living room for two additional people. |

Sunny Way is a full size mobile
home. It has a screened porch out back for privacy. Will sleep up
to 6 people. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with
two twins. Fold out couch in the living room. |

Off season rates apply before the week that includes
July 4th and
after the week of Labor Day.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We do
offer shorter stays in the off season for a long weekend or midweek
getaway.
If we have something available at the last minute, we
will offer shorter stays in the 'off season'. Please ask!
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. We will
send you a confirmation upon receipt of the deposit. All balances
will be due by May 31 for summer rentals.
Docking space for your boat is available for no extra
charge. Please check our "Area
Activities" link for area Marinas for a place to launch your boat
or for rentals.
All of our cottages have wall to wall carpeting,
microwave ovens, color cable television, picnic tables and outside
grills. All have modern bath/showers, well equipped kitchens and
bedding (or you may bring your own). Please bring your own towels,
soap, paper goods and trash bags.

Naples Bait and Tackle can help you with all of your
fishing needs while you're here. They offer sales and rentals of
fishing tackle and equipment, fishing licenses, milfoil stickers, and
live bait.. They also rent canoes and kayaks by the day or week.

The town office is
located across the street from Sunnyside Village. They even sell Town
of Naples wear on their site as well as at the office.

Notes from
happy guests....
Robin, I just wanted to
share with you the fantastic time we had staying at Sunnyside Village.
It met and exceeded all our expectations. When the boys and I drove in
we knew we had found a keeper. Everything was very clean and
presentable. We made all our friends jealous of the fireworks display
that was right in front of us. I swear we could reach out and touch
them. We are already counting the months until we can come visit you
next year for two weeks. Again, thank you for making our vacation
wonderful. Keep up the magic!

Sunnyside was wonderful,
much
more than we expected. The beach/water was perfect for kids of all
ages.
The cabin was clean & comfortable. Very helpful during the reservations and when we got
